Job Overview:
We are seeking an Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including shipping and receiving, maintaining organizational systems, and providing excellent customer service. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Assist with order fulfillment, picking and packing items for shipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote products and upsell to customers
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Fluent in multiple languages, with strong communication skills
- Experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Previous experience in retail sales is beneficial
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
