Requirements :

• Certified Sterile Processing Technician (SPT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Required for all : FEMA Training Courses IS100, IS200 and IS700

4 inpatient Operating Rooms, 5 outpatient operating rooms, 2 outpatient endoscopy rooms

Responsibilities :

As a Certified Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) with HireUp Staffing, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Retrieving contaminated supplies from medical facilities
• Delivering sterile supplies to where needed
• Maintaining inventory of sterile equipment
• Undertaking manual cleaning of instruments and equipment to remove contaminants
• Operating and maintaining decontamination equipment
• Examining instruments and equipment to ensure they are clean
• Preparing and delivering clean and sterilized instruments and equipment necessary for medical examinations, surgeries, medical carts, and clinical procedures
