Job Title : 3rd Shift Supervisor - Injection Molding

Job Type : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 10 : 00 PM 6 : 30 AM
Salary : $26 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
Job Description : We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Round Rock, Austin.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of injection molding experience in a supervisory role. This position offers a competitive starting pay rate and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the 3rd shift
- Ensure that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained
- Train and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with other supervisors and department managers to coordinate workflow and resolve any production-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, production output, and employee attendance
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to provide updates on production status and address any concerns
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in injection molding, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software programs
