Pay range: $16.00 – $20.50 per hour per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans.
- Accurately transcribe medical information into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Communicate with patients to gather additional information or clarify medical details.
- Previous experience working as a Medical Scribe required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with EHR systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
