Our client in Wilton, CT is looking for a fun, caring, and energetic full-time Toddler Teacher who has a genuine passion to work with children 2- to 3-years-old.

At this school, you have the option to work 4, 10-hour days giving you an extra day off every week!

Salary, Bonus Incentive, and Benefits:

• $16.00 - $17.50/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood experience. In addition, there is a quarterly bonus incentive up to $500 based on attendance and performance!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18-years-old with either a High School diploma or GED
• Experience working with children required
• Meet background check eligibility
