Their classrooms are safe, nurturing environments for children six weeks to five years, offering age-appropriate opportunities to explore and discover. Highly trained teachers lead each child to reach developmental milestones, preparing the children for social and academic success.

Our client is looking for experienced, passionate, and energetic full-time Lead Early Education Teachers to join their brand new premier early learning facility opening in Lynnwood.

The school is opening in early-April and this is the perfect opportunity to join at the ground level! They currently have openings in their Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K classrooms!

Salary and Benefits:

• $20.00 - $23.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional experience
• Benefits include paid time off/sick days, 50% paid toward medical premiums, paid holidays including the week between Christmas and New Year’s, and paid professional development

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and support the education program using their child-focused curriculum
• Ability to lift items/children ~30 pounds
• Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all time
• Ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents
• Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team
• Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies

Qualifications:

• CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Educational Psychology, or related field required
• At least 9-months of experience working in a licensed early education facility required
• A desire to grow professionally
• Meet background check eligibility
