Hire Up Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join the team of one of our clients in Bryn Mawr, PA! The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

This is a 52 week contract position with an ideal schedule of M-F 9am-5pm! Pay is $21 / hour.

Responsibilities :

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Record patient medical history and vital signs accurately
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
• Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures as needed
• Administer medications and injections under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies
• Provide patient education and support as directed by healthcare providers

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
