We are looking for a Office Manager / Bookkeeper with 5 years’ experience in accounting, proficient with QuickBooks(recent), strong in cost accounting, payroll, P&L statements, and year end closing to join our team. The perfect candidate would be a strong Bookkeeper / Controller who can learn about our company, look at our systems, and make us a better company! You would be in charge of our books and managing our office with an assistant. We desire a person that is looking for more and wants to grow with our company!

Requirements for Office Manager / Bookkeeper:

  • 5 years’ experience in cost accounting REQUIRED!
  • 5 years QuickBooks(recent) REQUIRED!
  • 5 years payroll, monthly and annual financials REQUIRED!
  • Human Resourse experience RECOMMENDED!
  • Accounting degree or business RECOMMENDED!
  • Ability to manage people, an office, and desire to grow with our company!
  • Home improvement background a PLUS!

Compensation for Office Manager / Bookkeeper:

  • $65,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience and certifications
