2- Licensed Operator Initial Simulator Operator/Instructor contract assignments Resumes will be received through 3 pm CT on Tuesday, April 2, 202., There is no guarantee of this position.Estimated Duration of Contract Work Assignment: 17 months or 18 monthsEstimated Start date: 4/15/24 or 5/20/2024Pay Rate: Not Defined/Need Candidate’s Requested RateMob/Demob: $500 each ($1,000 total)Work Environment:Office setting working fully out of Training Center Bravo at Plant Vogtle 3&4. Will split time between office (20%), in the unit (<10%) and simulator (70%)Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Simulator instruction and operation.
Knowledge of the systematic approach to training and accredited/Ops training programs (SAT and ADDIE).
Former instructor experience or qualification preferred OR, former SRO License with operator mentoring/training interface experience acceptable.
PWR Operations experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office products required. Vision software a plus.
