- Effectively manage (1-2) $20M ground-up multifamily apartment construction projects from trees to keys (Excavation, Foundation, Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Flooring & Trusses)
- Basic estimating/takeoff skills with Autodesk is a plus
- Managing the financial aspects of each project including labor and materials cost
- Scheduling subcontractors
- Reports to the owner and collaborates with every member of onsite team
- Ensure attention to detail including safety of workspace, material and property
- Strong written and verbal communication and or Tablet/iPad experience
- Provide consumers with technical support including in depth trouble shooting
- 3 years' experience as a PM in Multifamily ground-up construction
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Proficiency in MS Office, CPM project scheduling, cost control and risk management
- Follows the utmost professional work ethic & enthusiasm when dealing with customers
- Inspection and assembly of materials to specified drawings
- Proactively communicate job site conditions and make the necessary improvements for a successful completion
- Self-starter who wants to work for a family run general contractor
