We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Director to lead large scale Data Center Construction Project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the data center sector. This role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee entire lifecycle of the data center construction project, from planning and design to execution and completion- Lead a team of project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring cohesive and effective collaboration- Develop and maintain the project schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring timely delivery within financial constraints- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met- Implement best practices in construction methodologies and project management- Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in data center construction- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders- Foster a safety-first culture on the construction site- Developed network of subcontractors and existing relationships that can help deliver projects successfully- Demonstrated experience running all phases of a project – Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role- Proven experience in data center construction projects- Strong understanding of construction principles, regulations, and best practices- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams in a high-pressure environment- Proficiency in project management software and tools
