OVERVIEW

A growing Health and Wellness Company is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist / HR Generalist proficient in Spanish and English to join their team in Davis County, UT.

The ideal candidate will have a degree, preferably in Human Resources, and several years of relevant experience. The HR Generalist will primarily be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and recruitment.

Job Type : Full-time (on-site)

  • Skilled in ADP & Payroll : Your experience with ADP and managing multi-state full-cycle payroll is highly valued.

  • A Strong Communicator : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are your forte, alongside outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Education Matters : A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, highlighting your solid foundation in HR principles.
