HR Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Location : Sandy, UT (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

Duration : 6 months

Compensation : $25 / hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, with a focus on assisting with the integration of a new software (ADP).

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in ADP.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the payroll process by assisting with data entry and verification.
  • Assist in the integration of new HR software (ADP), including data migration and system configuration.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to software integration.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements :

  • Preferred : 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
