We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a General Laborer local to the Fort Smith, Arkansas area.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

In this role as a General Laborer, you will mostly be outside performing maintenance task such a cleaning and making ready a construction site.

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Time : 8AM - 5PM

Hourly Pay : $15.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming debris from floors, walls, and other surfaces.
• Remove and dispose of construction waste, including materials such as wood, metal, concrete, and insulation, in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Clear pathways and access points to ensure safe movement of personnel, equipment, and materials around the site.
• Assist with the dismantling and removal of temporary structures such as scaffolding, barriers, and fencing.
• Clean and organize tools, equipment, and machinery used on the site, ensuring they are stored securely and ready for future use
