We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team here in Blytheville, Arkansas. 
In this role you will be a key member of our maintenance department working to promote vision and values by operating equipment and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Performance roles will include compliance and participation in safety related programs and initiatives, assuring quality compliance for all areas of responsibility, understanding customer requirements, ensuring that the needs of external and internal customers are met on time and accurately.

  • Required to set up, perform trial run, run to production targets on CNC machines in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Perform CNC programming as needed; writing, editing, etc. for existing product and new product being added to our product line.
  • Must be knowledgeable and understand how to use all measurement devices needed to ensure quality of the product.
  • Make inspections using the required instruments and inspection plans for each job performed and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality of the product.
  •  Responsible for training other associates on CNC machines as needed.
  •  Needs to be proactive in identifying ways to improve machine output.
  • May be required to operate more than one machine.
  • Keeps work area safe, clean and orderly.
  •  Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
US Citizen
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Accept a background check to be performed
Accept a drug test to be performed
2 Years Manufacturing Experience
High School Diploma
English
