Our client, a Plaintiff’s firm, specializing in Mass Tort Litigation, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a competitive team player who is goal oriented, self-driven, and well organized.

Job Details:

• Anticipated Start Date: Mid-March (Upon Completion of Successful Interview)
• Estimated Duration: Permanent Opportunity
• Hours: Core hours (8am – 8pm ET)
• Location: On-Site in Dallas, TX
• Pay Rate: $75k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial case assessments and investigations.
• Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and provide support in case development and time tracking.
• Prepare and coordinate discovery, including document production and responses.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness coordination.
• Stay current on developments in mass tort law and relevant legal trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years prior Mass Torts experience as a paralegal
• Knowledge of relevant software and case management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
