Position: Kitchen Prep - Vegan

We are seeking an experienced vegan prep person to join our dedicated kitchen staff. You will assist with the preparation, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen. Working with the kitchen team to create a memorable experience for guests.

Responsibilities include:

Working with organic ingredients to create plant-based, raw, and living food ‘healing’ dishes.

Follow standard recipes and special diet orders

Check freshness and quality of ingredients

Assist with food preparation, inventory, and ordering

Maintain clean work stations and follow proper sanitation practices

Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience creating meals using all plant-based, raw, and living foods

Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields

Knife Skills

Passion for plant-based food and cooking techniques

Ability to work well in a team

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
