PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position encompasses diverse activities including customer phone contact, shipping, receiving, invoicing, scheduling dental cases for production and responding to customer inquiries
• Open and prepare packages for shipping
• Receive and prepare work for production
• Record inventory items
• Issue work orders
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Reply or answer about technical Issues( Implant, 3Shape, CT, Abutment Library and web page(labstar))

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Some work experience in the dental lab
• High school diploma

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• The ability to read, write, understand and communicate clearly with employees and customers in order to successfully and effectively complete assigned tasks
