Traffic Control is the supervision of the movement of people, goods, or vehicles to ensure efficiency and safety. It involves regulating, warning, and guiding road users to traverse a section of a road or pathway in the proper manner. This can include a variety of methods and devices, such as signs, signals, markings, and other devices used to regulate, warn, or guide traffic.

Hinson Security Services is in search of such an experienced applicant. 
Duties involving this position are available, but not limited to that listed below: 

• Previous Traffic Control experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard
• Must have reliable WORKING mobile phone
• Must have valid driver’s license or identification card,
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
• Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather.
• Must have flexible and open to change in directive or duties.
• Authorized to work in the United States. At least one verifiable employer.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Ability to pass our Pre-Employment screening, including drug test, background check, and social security check.
• Neat and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client sites.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interaction.
• Ensure adequate security service and safety of property, guests, employees, while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude
• Possess the ability to work effectively with others and individually.
• Adhere to service standards, ensuring safety and comfort of guests at all times.
• Maintains high visibility and consistent standards for authorizing access to on-site visitors.
• The employee may be expected to work in other areas when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.

Job Types: Full-time 

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday schedule
• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Traffic Control / Flagging: Preferred
