Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a senior litigation associate to join its Personal Injury & Property Damage/Product Liability practice in its San Francisco or Los Angeles, with hybrid or remote work arrangements available within the State of California. Ideal candidates will have experience with general defense litigation, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, automobile, and general liability matters. Candidates should have the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda in a clear and concise manner. Insurance coverage experience is also a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice that offers a high level of responsibility with potential for advancement. California bar admission is required.
