This position is an exceptional opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals. Ideal candidates will have financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or New York commercial litigation experience, as well as strong writing and communication skills. New York bar admission is required and New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
