Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its Washington, DC office, with hybrid or remote work arrangements available. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions. Ideal candidates will have strong research, writing, and analytical reasoning skills. Experience in financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or commercial or real estate litigation preferred. The individual in this position will work primarily remotely within the Washington, DC area. District of Columbia bar admission and Maryland or Virginia bar admission is required.
