Candidates can be based remotely in the Rochester or Buffalo, NY areas and this position will report to partners in Hinshaw's New York City office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of experience in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals. Ideal candidates will have financial services, contested foreclosure and/or New York commercial litigation experience. New York bar admission is required.
