Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, Inc. is Hiring a Quality Assurance Manager Near Marion, AR
- Customer Quality - Monitor, review, and confirm all countermeasure activities to ensure a timely and effective response with emphasis on timing and no repeat issues for QPR, QIR, & FQPRs. Ensure quality system meets all customer requirements per the Toyota Standards, Drawings & SQAM
- Monitor Customer Complaints: Monitor timing for Short Term Countermeasures & Long-Term Countermeasure for closure per Toyota SQAM
- IATF Activity: Give guidance to Quality System Engineer for Document control, Lead Auditor Activity, & Internal Audits
- Process Audits: Give direction and follow up on process control audit activity.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality related field
- 5 years quality experience preferred or equivalent experience with proven record of successful quality leadership in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in Problem Solving Methods
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other computer applications/programs.
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System and Toyota SQAM requirements preferred.
- Knowledgeable of component suppliers, Internal, and External Quality Systems.
- Proficient in the use of quality gauging equipment.
- Ability to effectively manage all aspects of a quality system.
- Experience in IATF 16949 activity (or equivalent).
