Essential Functions:

This is administrative work in which the incumbent serves as director of a multi-division department. Primary responsibility involves formulating, directing and controlling the operations of the following divisions: grants, policy and data management, internal audit, veteran affairs, etc. The incumbent coordinates activities through division directors or other subordinate personnel.
