The John Hinderer Ford is expanding! We are looking to hire a full-time highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor for our ever expanding Service Dept. If you are looking for a family-operated operation with a great career opportunities we may be a great fit for you.

Overview

The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for building strong customer relationships and selling the technicians’ time. They greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up, sell and up sell services by emphasizing value, keep customers updated on services, field all live service calls, and take ownership of the customers’ experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check inclusive of drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for MVR coverage 
• Must be able to satisfy I-9 requirements
