Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service - Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed - Handle cash transactions using the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Utilize OpenTable or similar software to manage reservations Requirements: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of food preparation and basic culinary techniques - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to work well within a team - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
