The Spa & Wellness team is seeking a Concierge to support the Spa Reception Desk. Inspired by the city's flair for looking, feeling, and being at your best - our amenities go above and beyond to elevate our guests experience.

Boasting technogym equipment, free weights, group classes along with a world class spa and beauty bar.

The ideal candidate will have a work history in elevated customer service with a firm grasp of anticipating guest needs and creating customized experiences.

Previous experience as receptionist or administrative assistant is a plus!

Schedule : Full flexibility to work 8 hour shifts between 9am - 8pm

Rate of Pay : $18.00 per hour plus service charge

What will I be doing? :

• Greets and registers guests entering the spa / salon / health club / fitness center.
• Provides the Spa managers with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and / or dictation, making travel arrangements
• Performing other general office duties.
