Hilton is Hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Strategist - Hotel Level Marketing Services Near Addison, TX

This is your chance to be part of the Americas Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Strategist, Hotel Level Marketing Services, you will support hotels in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and directly affect hotel performance. On the Hotel Level Marketing Services team reporting to the Director, Hotel Level Marketing Services, you will work on projects including redesigning and optimizing the current Hotel Level Marketing program provided by Hilton.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to craft impactful recommendations, driving the evolution of our Hotel Level Marketing technology product strategy according to the overarching Americas Marketing objectives.
  • Foster seamless integration with the current Americas Marketing program and implement best practices to implement the technology product project roadmap.
  • Offer strategic guidance to leadership, highlighting how our Hotel Level Marketing initiatives, supported by product optimization and proactive support, directly affect and elevate overall hotel performance.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with the Americas Marketing Programmatic Media Team
  • Manage partners in Americas Marketing and within Marketing and Loyalty
  • Partner daily with agency partners and serve as the point of contact

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Collaborate with teams to gather user feedback and insights, translating them into actionable requirements for the technology product roadmap. Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for strategic initiatives and testing, ensuring agreement on marketing performance objectives and applying insights to improve.
  • Develop and maintain technology program assessment protocols for evaluation of success and partner with teams to optimize the technology to improve overall marketing performance. 

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience.
  • Experience leading long/complex program implementations and driving product visions across a large/complex organization.
  • Experience with performance or product marketing with an understanding of paid media strategy (including reporting on metrics and performance).
  • Experience with people management and nurturing talent.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the Addison, TX office (3 days per week).
  • Travel up to 30%.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Experience using data and insights to storytell performance to business partners.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Change management experience.
