HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Ensure the Property is implementing the platform following all defined technical and Brand standards. 
  • Provide team support following established technical standards for the purposes of clarifying and establishing delivery of the guest internet platform/Connected Room.
  • Manage multi-team implementation and support model throughout the Guest Internet and Connected Room planning phase.
  • Utilize ServiceNow platform for ticketing, change management, and asset management related to Meraki network operations.
  • Conduct regular audits of license entitlements and assigned equipment to ensure compliance with vendor and property agreements.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Create and be responsible for reporting of product metrics to Senior Leadership and other partners.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in network data.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and partners regarding Meraki network infrastructure and services.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Manage Meraki claiming processes, including assigning network resources, updating configurations, and verifying accuracy of claims.
  • Coordinate MACD activities within the Meraki network, including provisioning new devices, updating configurations, and decommissioning obsolete equipment.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the network database by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Meraki licenses, including license types, quantities, expiration dates, and associated hardware.
  • Manage GIA network de-flags and reflags.
  • Administer 3rd party Meraki user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels and security measures are in place.
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to Meraki network operations and data management.
  • Remain informed/trained on latest developments and best practices in Meraki networking technology and related tools.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Six (6) years of professional work experience in enterprise Wi-Fi Technology
  • Five (5) years of customer support/data networking experience
  • Three (3) years of experience with technical vendor management
  • Three (3) years of experience in network administration with a focus on Meraki networking solutions including dashboard functionality and configuration options
  • Three (3) years of experience working with high-level partners or C suite
  • Experience with MACD processes within a network environment
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience 
  • Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Five (5) years of Project Management experience
  • Five (5) years of experience in network administration with a focus on Meraki networking solutions
  • Certification in Meraki networking (e.g., CMNO, CMNA)
  • Experience in ServiceNow platform or similar, including incident management, change management, and asset management modules
