Hilton is Hiring a Senior Analyst, Hilton Honors Technology Strategy Near Addison, TX

Join a Marketing & Loyalty team that attracts customers to Hilton through storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a Sr. Analyst of Hilton Honors Technology Strategy, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and develop recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Hilton Honors team reporting to the Manager, Hilton Honors Technology Strategy, you will be a supporting liaison between the Hilton Honors Program team and the supporting technical teams including Phaedon (third-party loyalty platform provider), Hilton internal IT, and Salesforce.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Develop and document use cases and disaggregation sheets using Agile methodology from operations or strategic elements of the program strategy to inform any automation or technical requirements.
  • Engage between internal and external teams to ensure all program information is understood and operationalized.
  • Ensure technology roadmaps and internal and external ticketing systems are synced to provide leaders with real-time status updates.
  • Daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Honors technology stack.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with Honors leadership to maintain a technology roadmap to support new functionality is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with partners to build, iterate, and improve our processes and responsibilities within several technologies.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Validate all-new incremental and support fixes from a business perspective, ensuring changes meet needs.
  • Review the process improvement and provide improved results from our technology investments.
  • Write technical requirements, product management, use case development, and user-acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate (including outside of the immediate team) to understand the highest technology priorities to propel or influence the loyalty program.
  • Provide consulting and training around standard processes in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.
  • Recommend new features and improvements to improve and grow the use of platforms such as Airtable and Salesforce, Blue Prism, and the Honors Reimbursement Engine

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of work experience collaborating across operational and/or technical system environments.
  • Understanding of technical requirements process (defining roadmaps, managing scope, writing user stories, and detailed system/functional design).
  • Ability to collaborate through Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Exposure to complex technical systems and translating needs into technical requirements.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience talking about complex technical aspects and training team members who are not as well-versed in technology.
  • Understanding of at least one coding language/query tool: SQL, Hive, Alteryx, R, SAS, or Python
  • Experience with technology applications such as Tally, Salesforce, Honors Reimbursement Engine
  • Grasp of technology systems and inter-dependencies across multiple systems
