The beautiful, family friendly is seeking a full-time Security Dispatcher / Coordinator to join their team! This 1000 room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! As a Security Dispatcher, you will coordinate / communicate with all hotel team members as needed provide a safe and secure environment for guests and employees, using communications and service industry skills in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Ideal candidates for this position will have previous guest / customer facing security experience, as well as excellent communication and guest service skills.

Shift Pattern : 2 : 30 pm to 11 pm - weekend availability required

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Security Dispatcher, you will coordinate / communicate with all hotel team members as needed provide a safe and secure environment for guests and employees, using communications and service industry skills in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability Specific tasks required of the position include (but are not limited to) :

Provide support with internal guest calls / requests. Listen and provide accurate information to guests and employees.

Document legibly all appropriate incident information.

• Answer and dispatch internal guest calls for requests to security / engineering / housekeeping and safety hotline calls and respond in a timely manner based on priority (inputting requests in HOTSOS as needed).
• Dispatch security to all requests for assistance by guests and employees
• Manage the "team member window" where company phones, walkie-talkies and keys are issued and returned. Assist with team member bag check.
• Manage hotel lost and found collection / log.
• Monitor life safety systems and CCTV.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisor or Director of Security based on departmental needs.
