Hilton Home2 Suites is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Elkhart, IN

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is a great opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.

Must be available to work 2nd shift and 3rd shift when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
-Must keep lobby area and all publics areas clean, perform all tasks as assigned by management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Elkhart, IN 46514: Relocate before starting work (Required)
