The Manager Corporate Applications position will be responsible for handling all day-to-day activities in the EPM portfolio which include but are not limited to supervising all business requests, leading staff, and setting a roadmap for the different products in the portfolio to deliver enhancements and enable features and capability that bring value to our business customers. The candidate should have hands on functional and technical experience with Oracle ePBCS/PBCS module(s) for Planning and Budgeting and Oracle FCCS module(s) for Financial Close and consolidation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Work with the portfolio business collaborators to drive products roadmap and deliver features and improvements within the promised timeframes.
  • Build, maintain and nurture relationships with key business partners.
  • Lead all aspects of, assign, and run day-to-day work for our managed services partners using an onshore offshore model ensuring a seamless handover between onshore and offshore support teams.
  • Build and maintain Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension, Data Loads, Batch Automation Scripts, and application backups.
  • Elicit, analyze, and detail functional business requirements.
  • Maintain security, data-integrity, and accessibility.
  • Assist in the explanation of system calculations and ad-hoc reporting to business partners.
  • Provide day to day support for internal and external systems integrations to and from Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
  • Evaluate and assess business requests, propose standard methodologies, and recommend solutions.
  • Assist with impact assessment, Fit-Gap analysis, and regression testing for financial systems upgrades and releases.
  • Coordinate Oracle service requests and drive to a final resolution.
  • Ensure business partners support is provided with high degree timeliness and quality.
Qualifications

What are we looking for:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 Years related experience
  • 3 years demonstrated ability in Oracle ePBCS/PBCS (or) 2 years of experience in Hyperion Financial Management
  • 3 years demonstrated ability in Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
  • 3 years demonstrated ability in Data Management
  • Good functional knowledge of Consolidations & General Accounting Principles
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies
  • Ability to successfully establish, maintain and manage both internal and external relationships
  • Ability to adapt to a fast and multifaceted work environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite of apps
