A breakfast server at the Hilton Garden Inn is in a position to exemplify customer service.

The server is responsible to help with the set up of the breakfast buffet area

Must maintain a clean work area

Is here to serve the guest the Hilton Way

Required to bus tables during breakfast hours

Must help in all areas of the kitchen when needed

Function as part of a team to insure that all guests have a positive experience

Must replenish buffet items when needed

Work with team members to insure all aspects of breakfast are up to brand standard

Must break down the buffet and breakfast area and store all items at end of breakfast hours, then assist in cleaning entire dining area before leaving

Flexibility in hours will allow you to also work meetings and banquets where you will be responsible to assist in the set up for any such event once training is complete. You must work with the guest, kitchen, and sales department to insure the guest has a quality experience. When events end you must help with the breakdown of the event and insure that any space used is back to like new condition ready for the next event.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
