The Guest Services team is vital to the success of our property! Working at the front desk places you at the hub of the hotel with perpetual guest interaction, and we are looking for candidates with a passion to serve others!
An Operations Manager is key to the overall experience of our guests---making the first and last impression of our hotel for all of our guests. If you enjoy engaging with others and have a winning personality and high sense of responsibility – this role is perfect for you!
What you will be doing
Support a positive experience for all guests, from check-in to guest room quaility | Assist in training, scheduling and supervising the Guest Services, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage team | Field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop effective solutions | Motivate Guest Services team to exceed guest expectations | Oversee the Guest Services, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments
The ideal candidate for this position
Previous guest relations, housekeeping and/or food & beverage experience | Strong conflict resolution and relationship skills | Propensity to lead, motivate and encourage employees | Ability to interact with guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy | Proficient in Microsoft Office | High School Diploma or GED required
