Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Assist with Banquet Events as needed
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation and handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of different types of coffee and beverage options is a plus
- Experience in banquet or catering services is an advantage
