Hilton Garden Inn Gallatin a 102 Room Upscale Property is looking for an Experienced Maintenance/Houseman

• Organization and cleaning of supplies and tools
• Tending to and maintaining cleanliness of exterior parking lot and sidewalks
• Removal of weeds and trimming of bushes with provided equipment
• Keeps outside area in good repair
• Maintain, clean and organize janitorial closet, maintenance room and dumpster area
• Snow Removal at entryways and sidewalks, salts and shovels snow and ice.
• Prepares event space for meetings and special events
• Move, load, or unload heavy objects, supplies, or other material
• Visually inspect, clean and test equipment (vacuums, carpet cleaner etc.)
• Fabricate and repairs furniture and fixtures.
• Paint corridors, hotel rooms, and lobby areas when necessary
• Assist in delivering and setup of all new equipment such as televisions, mattresses, tables, chairs, etc.
• Complete any and all assigned preventative maintenance procedures
• Perform electrical, plumbing and carpentry projects
• Assist in HVAC unit repair projects
• Guest room repair issues (caulking, tile repair, painting, plumbing, etc.).
• Determine needs for contract repair/services
• Perform, administer, and document preventative maintenance
• Carpet repair/tile floor repair. Minor roof repairs, painting projects, and exterior projects.
• Perform, schedule, administer and document suite care rotation. Maintain proper records utilizing the property computer system
• Setup and keep updated all maintenance logs
• Remains on call for emergency situations, and maintains a cellular phone for such calls after hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
