Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, server stations, and restrooms
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
