As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about our drink menu
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication

Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines
