AM Kitchen Supervisor

Join our team and lead the morning operations of our busy kitchen.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable AM kitchen supervisor who can cook, manage food quality and cost, and supervise staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast menus are prepared and served with high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. You will also assist with inventory, and ordering.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work very early mornings and weekends. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and respect your co-workers. You will report to the Food and Beverage Director and follow all health and safety regulations.

The pay rate for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy benefits such as free meals, discounts, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or as a cook

· Food handler's certificate or equivalent

· Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices

· Ability to cook a variety of dishes and follow recipes

· Ability to oversee food quality, portion control, and waste management

· Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff

· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management

· Ability to work very early mornings (starting at 4 am) and weekends

· Ability to work as part of a team and respect co-workers
