Housekeeping Supervisor

Duties:

- Oversee and supervise the housekeeping operations of the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities during special events or projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a related field
- Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning techniques and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
