The Hilton DFW Lakes is looking for Servers to join the Bonnie and Clyde's team!

The Bonnie and Clyde's Server set up assigned tables, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment. Break down tables and clean up after events.

• Understand guests' service needs.
• Perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as a part of a team.
• Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function according to BEO.
• Strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, off premise liquor consumption.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended.
• Prepare coffee and load ice for events.
• Check cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies.
• Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Lift and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Serve beverages.
• Set up tables with all linen and service ware.
• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Handle guest complaints.
• Complete closing side duties.
• Properly store all reusable goods.
• Assist on other functions as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• TABC, Food Handlers Certificate.
