Overview:

• Ensuring that everything guests will be needing is in order and clean
• Estimating wait times for guests
• Monitoring guest waiting list
• Providing a menu for customers and explaining the specials
• Regularly checking the reservation book for next meal reservations
• Answering customers questions accurately
• Making contact with guests as they leave, opening the door, and helping them to their cars and bidding them goodbye
• Taking orders for room service and delivery of those items
• Serving guests orders
• Light bussing of tables
• General Clean Up of Work Area

Qualifications:

* Able to communicate verbally with guests

* Able to stand for long periods od time

* Able to lift and carry up to 25lbs, repetitively

* Ability to use a computer and/or POS system
