Weekend RN Supervisor

Full-time Position

Saturday and Sunday, 6:00A-6:00P plus one 8-hour shift during the week

The role of Weekend Supervisor at Rehab Select in Hillview Terrace is currently open to Registered Nurses. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving mentality. It will be your responsibility as the Weekend Supervisor to oversee the nursing staff when they are on duty and ensure that the nursing department at our facility operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about nursing protocols and has previous leadership experience.

• RN in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Alabama
• Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred but not required
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and other personnel
• CPR certified
• A minimum of 1-year experience in long-term care
