Hilltop is hiring a part-time Server at our Life Adjustment Program! This position is responsible for providing hospitality and customer service to residents, family members, and outside agencies at our Life Adjustment Program.

The starting wage range for this position is $16-16.80 an hour.

This position has a part-time schedule of Wednesday-Sunday from 3 pm - 7 pm (20 hours per week).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Take and place orders, and serve residents during meals; provide room tray delivery; if required.
2. Provide line-of-sight to residents in the dining room; provide assistance as needed.
3. Clear dishes from table during and after each meal.
4. Mix, prepare, and assemble cold food items outside of service hours.
5. Assist cooks by preparing food for meal assembly; prepare food by washing, chopping, separating into individual serving containers, etc.
6. Set up food, bus, and drink carts.
7. Fill table condiments, stock wait staff station, and assist with silverware rolling.
8. Clean wait staff station; empty trash receptacles.
9. Consistently meet sanitation standards.
10. Assist others as needed.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Regular attendance/punctuality.
2. Cooperate with others.
3. Be completely honest.
4. Understand and comply with all Hilltop, Life Adjustment Program, and State and Federal rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
5. May be requested to provide supervised meal support.
6. May be required to clean up biohazards, as needed.
7. Other duties as assigned.
