A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available for Clinician positions supporting our residential program located in Auburn NY!

The Clinician is responsible to work as part of an interdisciplinary team, meeting the needs of youth and families at our residential program located in Auburn NY. This position requires a license in a mental health related area and experience working with youth with significant mental health needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ability to diagnose and treat children/youth and families
• Provide individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups, within a variety of settings, based on group/client needs and Clinician credentials
• Depending on level of experience, provide clinical consultation and training to staff
• Act as the primary contact for the service plan with the ability to expertly and succinctly communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or clinically related field
• Must be licensed or permit eligible upon hire
• Thorough knowledge of services provided, well developed advocacy skills, knowledge and understanding of payment processes for services
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor

$51,480.00 Minimum Rate per year, $ 69,888.00 Maximum Rate per year, based on experience.
