Roles & Responsibilities:

Must Be based in California to apply for this Job.

• Acquire and demonstrate wine knowledge and effectively present products to accounts.

• Promote brands; manage growth of accounts and expansion of business to meet goals.

• Provide various reports as required.

• Attend and participate in general sales meetings and training programs.

• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all actions, adhering to The HWS Group values.

• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Should possess a strong base knowledge of wine

• Should be familiar with the territory the position covers, and possess knowledge of the market in the area.

• Must be a self-starter; exhibit a positive, "can do" attitude with strong goal orientation.

• Demonstrates time management skills and discipline to get the job done.

• Communicates with clarity and consistency, both verbally and in writing.

• Creates good working relationships with internal departments

• Cultivates strong supplier relationships

• Is resourceful, thinks of new and unique ideas and ways to succeed, creative in marshaling resources, materials, etc.

• Exhibits strong follow through on commitments does what he/she says will do.

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week

• Wine sales: 5 years (Required)
