Job Overview:

We are seeking a Salesperson - Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running leads, doing take offs from plans and managing the projects that you have sold. You must have exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Run company provided leads
- Create estimates from site visits or from plans
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Experience:

- Proven experience in roofing sales and production management.
- Proficiency in working up accurate estimates
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Ability to clainb ladders and walk roofs
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
