Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
This position in our Assisted Living department and will mostly act in the coordinator position- help with assessments, new resident move ins, order entry etc.
Schedule: Day shift 8am-4:30pm, Sunday-Thursday but may be flexible for the right candidate.
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
To be successful in the role, you would have:
Current LVN/LPN
Current CPR certification
Prior LVN nursing experience within skilled nursing, senior care, post-acute or sub-acute care environments preferred
